Real estate is a popular form of investment for high net worth, family offices and private equity funds. This course targets wealth managers, family offices, financial advisors, fund managers, successful real estate agents who are keen to uncover the use of real estate to create wealth. The scope of this course goes beyond the usual real estate investment to include real estate development and investment sales. 

Diploma in Real Estate Wealth Creation syllabus has 6 modules. The first two modules – Real Estate Law and Real Estate Regulations and Practice – are aligned with Singapore’s Council For Estate Agencies (CEA) Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination syllabus. Existing RES or those who passed their RES examinations are exempted from these two modules.
