This course provides an alternative career path for those who wish to explore such roles. Diploma in Real Estate Business syllabus has 6 modules. The first two modules – Real Estate Law and Real Estate Regulations and Practice – are aligned with Singapore’s Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination syllabus. Existing RES or those who passed their RES examinations are exempted from these two modules.
