Diploma in Real Estate syllabus has 6 modules. The first two modules – Real Estate Law and Real Estate Regulations and Practice – are aligned with Singapore’s Council Estate Agencies (CEA) Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination syllabus. Existing RES or those who passed their RES examinations are exempted from these two modules.
