Course Objectives

Course Outline
Real estate leasing is a fundamental market for any real estate industry not just for real estate salesperson but also building owners. It generates a regular stream of income for the building owners, which can be used to offset expenses, pay down mortgages, or invest in other properties. It provides a stable source of revenue for real estate salesperson when there is portfolio of properties to lease out.
